Project description
The best way to provide us with information is the project specification. However, we know that it is usually not ready at the early conceptual stage. We are able to adapt to the client's needs only by describing the project, and then asking key questions.
It is important for us that the description is as detailed and transparent as possible. It will also be important to specify:

the scope of the electronic and mechanical part of the project,

number of pieces in the prototype series and serial production,

loads and working conditions to which the elements will be subjected,

material, if already selected,
-
the possibility of modifying the models supplied, if any,

the scope of work that we will perform (assembly, testing, packaging, packaging).
Our experience shows that the most efficient cooperation starts with a description in an e-mail, followed by specifying the details by phone and sending a summary of the conversations by e-mail.
Support in the production and design of mechanics and electronics
Due to our cooperation with other companies from the industrial sector, we can offer a wide range of solutions for the client's project.
In the prototype phase of the mechanical part, we offer short production series made in the technologies in which we provide services. It is 3D SLS/FDM/mSLA printing, laser cutting of plastics or UV printing. We also offer designing and fast production of electronics according to the parameters provided by customers. This combination allows us to quickly implement a conceptual design and product assembly to verify the client's assumptions or provide MVP.
We specialize in the production of elements for the automotive industry - we provide design with access to the customer or remotely by sending elements via a courier company.
We are focused on the design and quality of the products, regardless of the manufacturing technology. It is important for us that the customer receives a product that works and looks impressive at the same time.
Additional services
By creating systems for customers, we also offer support for the production process - design and organization of electronics production, packaging of deliveries of electronic components or comprehensive deliveries of additional equipment and electronic modules.
For mechanical elements, we also offer additional machining methods such as Milling, grinding, gluing, threading, drilling. We also providing tests along with dimensional analysis.
